"I know you are running out of room to publish your customer testimonials. I still feel compelled to let you know just how I feel about your products and service. The best things we like about your products are:
1. Quality – This is not wool sewn through thin cow leather. This is the real New Zealand lamb skin. It feels like pure luxury.
2. Durability – I have had my slippers for 4 years, and been through 2 sets of insoles. I go outside everyday in them. The soles are still good, and will outlast the uppers.
3. Wash-ability – I bought a pet bed 1½ years ago. It has been pooped on, peed on, barfed on, etc. I toss it in the washer on cold, gentle cycle and let it hang dry. Good as new. I have also washed the insoles we use in our work boots.
4. Service – You have promptly answered all questions via email.
5. Shipping - I have never waited more than 6 days, including weekends, to get my order of in stock merchandise. That would be pretty good if you were next door, and it’s especially good for being half way around the world!
6. Live Inventory Status – This feature has been quite accurate. I have yet to find a product “back ordered” that was listed as “in stock” on your website.
7. Price – Your prices are a little bit higher than that guy in the mall, but you have a much better product. You also include shipping, so the end price is comparable. I think you are 10% more expensive, and 50% less cheap.
8. Variety – so many products, so may colors.
